Lou calls it "39 time zones in 25 hours." (There's a "strange half hour time zone" in Adelaide, South Australia.)

The idea started with Kim Andrew Elliott who begin using shortwave radio broadcasts. In 1997 I added internet streaming to the mix. This will be the first new site up date in a few years.
